Marco Figueroa
Senior Loss Control Consultant
Marco brings 20 years of experience in the Safety and Health/ Loss Control sector to Ascension. He has an extensive background as an agricultural specialist in the workers’ compensation field. He is bilingual and has worked in the agricultural industry throughout his career. Marco is currently involved with AgSafe Farm Labor Contractor Continuing Education as one of their instructors and presents at the annual AgSafe Conference. He is also part of the Central Valley Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He continues to work with all Ag-related operations, which include farm labor contractors, nurseries, and field and packing sheds. Terry Peagler
Loss Control Coordinator
Terry makes sure our clients receive the safety/loss control service they want by providing it personally or partnering with an insurance carrier loss control person. Services include training, OSHA, DOT, mock audits, negotiate OSHA fines, WC experience mod reviews and test mods, building valuations, etc. Terry is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
