Ascension Insurance adds Heather Simpson as Senior Account Manager for its Employee Benefits Practice
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – Ascension Insurance, Inc., announced today that Heather Simpson has joined the Pan American Western Region Benefits team as a Senior Account Manager in its Fresno office. Heather will be engaged in high-end account management specializing in agribusiness. She will be instrumental in facilitating enrollment, network utilization, plan design, compliance and fostering day-to-day client relationships.

Heather has more than 17 years of insurance experience and is well versed in both self-funded and fully insured benefits products (as well ancillary lines). Throughout her career, she has supported a wide variety of employers in industries such as agriculture, Indian gaming, school districts, law offices, manufacturing and technology companies. Previously, she was a Senior Client Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). Prior to AJG, she was an Account Executive with Delta Health Systems and also spent 12 years on the carrier side with Aetna.
