Amanda Sipes
Chief Operating Officer, Personal Lines, Western Region
Amanda oversees Personal Lines operations and personally specializes in high net worth accounts, hard to place business and client retention. She has established relationships with all the major carrier underwriters to allow for exceptions, when needed. In keeping with her mandate to find solutions for anything personal lines related, Amanda sits on the board of Encompass North Star. Along with her cohorts of top agency producers, she collaborates directly with carriers to create solutions that will fit clients, assist in underwriting updates, ease online processing and address agency concerns. When she’s not working, spending time with her family is her favorite thing to do. She also excels at cooking and loves to recreate her grandmother’s handwritten recipes.0ffice: (559) 777-6101
Kelly Tonsing
Personal Lines Manager
Kelly is responsible for leading Ascension’s team of personal insurance professionals in the Eastern Region. She is charged with the strategic direction of the department and for providing an excellent client experience to more than 10,000 policyholders. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from Furman University, beginning her career as an educator. Kelly then fed her entrepreneurial spirit by starting a retail business that she quickly and successfully grew to twenty locations, later franchised and sold. She began her insurance career shortly thereafter, holding several key leadership roles at AAA of the Carolinas.
